Brain Works Boot Camp

Brain Works Boot Camp is coming up! Learn how to keep your brain healthy and reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia with this innovative 7-day course.
Each morning, participants will meet for a few hours for lectures on brain health, including successful sleep, the best foods for your brain, and how to nourish your brain with exercise. In the afternoon, the Boot Camp reconvenes for yoga, stress reducing sessions, exercise classes, brain training, or cooking classes.
Brain Works Kitchen is offering four cooking classes during the 7-day Brain Works Boot Camp. Using brain healthy ingredients and easy, modern techniques, students will learn how to prepare simple meals from scratch.
